Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

You know your flow best! Our undies are designed to be worn on their own, but they make great backup protection for a tampon or menstrual cup too.

How do you wash Aisle BASE period underwear?

Rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies! Just make sure they’re fully dry before storing or reusing.

Are BASE underwear compatible with Aisle Boosters?

We kept it super simple and streamlined with BASE undies, so you can just put 'em on and go. There are no gusset pockets in BASE undies so there's no need to use Aisle Boosters.

should have sized up

have been a size M in all other aisle products, but these are tighter. Should have sized up to a L

I appreciate the full coverage, but these aren't the most comfortable. Will be ordering the boxer brief to compare

Fits small!!

I was so excited to try this product, but was really disappointed. Not great for curvy people, cut into my butt and thighs in a really uncomfortable way. I have a 26” waist and normally wear a size 4, the medium is way too small for me.

Super comfy but leaked! :(

I really like the fit on these and found them true to size for a medium. I also like that the fabric isn't too thick or bunchy, so they were comfortable even under a fitted jean. BUT... unfortunately, about halfway through the day, they did leak. I don't have that heavy of a flow so was surprised by this, but I figured out the problem. The absorbent pad to catch your period is fine, but the seam all along the side isn't the same absorbent material, so they can't really be trusted at the edges. I will keep wearing them because I do like them otherwise, but I'll be keeping an eye on things and will probably stick to them for lighter days only.

Misleading

I got 3 pairs of period underwear from Aisle. All 3 do not absorb the amount they say they do.

For this one I’d recommend only on your very last day of your period to ensure no leak or overflow. Or wear them in place of having pantyliners.

I do like that it’s lined all the way to the back but function wise is pretty useless. I used this on my first day, third to last, second to last and last day. Only time it didn’t leak was on my last day.

Also order up 2 sizes cos they run small and have no stretch. Perhaps sizing up might help with the leakage? I’m not spending more money to find out.

Extremely disappointed with the money spent on these. I tried them for 3 cycles to give them a chance but there needs to be more information on how to use these and care for them if they’re to work the way they’re supposed to.

These ones I’d give 0 stars if I could, overpriced undies at this point.

very tight granny panty

Super unflattering. Was expecting something similar to small biker shorts, but the cut is basically a large granny panty. I'm normally a small, without love muffins or love handles or any overflowing skin, but have extra skin coming out on all sides of these. When it's that time of month and you want to be in some loose comfies, akin to the loosest sweat pants possible, these are the furthest from that feeling. Think tight a$$ latex glove. While their return policy sounds nice and extra...let's be honest...60 days means you may only have 1 or 2 periods to try these out, which is 1-2 days. I was trying to make these work but they irritated me more the more I wore them and the damn return period closed quick. I'd rather have PFAs than deal with these suckers.
