How do your period undies work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid. Use the removable booster for an additional 4 tampons of absorbency.

Do Aisle undies contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our underwear, based on a detectable limit of one part per million

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

Our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies!

Soft but panty line scratchy

The material is soft, but there area where you instead the extra pad is scratchy. I can feel the area the padding gets interested. Super weird.

Absorbent but tight. I suggest getting briefs instead

On the snug side

I like the cut and the thick waistband is comfy but it fits on the smaller side compared to the thong version. I wore as backup with my diva cup since free bleeding freaks me out 😜 but I’ll probably try it next month with the boost pad insert.

Do not bother

If you’re thinking of getting this for heavy flow days, don’t.

I got this and the Boost Hipster thinking they’d hold up to 8 tampons including the booster (as marketed), and now I worry everytime I go out with them thinking they’ll leak. I’ve used this for 3 cycles and they just leak through the sides. Forget about wearing them on 2nd day flow, you’re going to be doing a lot of washing. It’s exasperating as I really want to like them and cut down on my period waste. I always use the booster because the underwear itself gets soaked through after 2 hours.

I got the size recommended for me by the chart but I think you should get 2 sizes bigger cos maybe that’ll have more coverage? Wearing this makes me think I may have a “heavy flow and wide set vagina” like that girl from Mean Girls cos this underwear does not cut it, or should I say catch anything.

Very good, but not without nitpicky issues

Very comfortable. Didn’t have any leaks, although disclaimer I used them in conjunction with a menstrual cup. The extra boost padding was a bit finnicky to situate and there was more blood on the surface and not totally absorbed than I was expecting, but not a big deal.

Best period underwear I’ve found

This underwear is so comfortable, so cute, and it offers great protection. It’s also safe from PFAS, dangerous chemicals linked to so many health issues including cancer. I love the 5 pairs I’ve got and I will likely order more.
