How do your period undies work?

Our specially engineered lining combines super-absorbent Truetex™ technology with a leak-proof lining that absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid. Use the removable booster for an additional 4 tampons of absorbency.

Do Aisle period underwear contain PFAS?

No detectable levels of PFAS have been found in our underwear, based on a detectable limit of one part per million.

Do I need to wear a pad or tampon with them?

Nope! Our undies were built to completely replace pads and tampons. They make great backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups, too.

What does the booster do?

Our undies absorb 4 tampons worth of fluid on their own, but if you need a little extra you can add the optional booster for an extra 4 tampons worth. Just tuck the ends into the slits at either end of the gusset.

How do I wash my Aisle undies?

Our undies were made to fit into your regular laundry routine. Just rinse the gusset in cool water before washing in the machine with your regular laundry. Hang to dry where possible - it saves energy and prolongs the life of your undies!

They absorb, but not as much as they claim

Although the panties themselves are very comfy, they do not absorb as much as they claim. They say the panties alone are worth 8 tampons… I still added the additional insert they provided (which is also supposed to be a few tampons worth) and there was leakage on my first 2 days. Very useful during the rest of my cycle, but definitely not worry-free for the first two days, which is sad knowing i spent almost 200$… I’d give it 3.5 stars if the system allowed it because the panties are true to size, comfy, they stay in place and have some absorbing quality.

Fits Wonderfully!

I really like how comfortable these pairs are! I was looking for a pair to replace my old Thinx and I do like to cut/fit/feel of these better!

My ONLY con is that they do tend to leak after a bit even with the booster in. I do have a pretty heavy flow for the first 2 days and noticed some leakage after came home from work. I did find that when I paired these undies with reusable pad it was a match made in heaven for those heavy days! I think for me, these are best for my 3rd day when my flow is lighter (without the reusable pad and just the booster).

The Best Fit

This cut/style is the best one for my body type and sensory needs. It's high-waisted and doesn't have a super thick waistband like the other styles do, and it actually felt like it was the right size instead of too small for my butt. I wish I'd bought 5 pairs of this style instead of getting a variety :/
